DigiTimes reported HTC will be making the first Windows Mobile-based UMA handset for T-Mobile. We saw the Nokia phones, Blackberry 8120, 8320 and Samsung phone at T-Mobile which offers WiFi@Home. In a technical terms, the WiFi@Home is called UMA (unlicensed mobile access). In other words, you can use enable the WiFi connection on the phone and it will search the open access point. If you are a HTC fan, you should know the HTC Touch Cruise. Recently, HTC announced another HTC Cruise to the market, the HTC Cruise P3651. From the appearance, we can clearly tell the difference. The P3651 has more round corners than the original Cruise. Also, it looks more durable with the chrome design. So.. what's new on this P3651??
